Easy Homemade Shepherds Pie

You can make it from scratch or from roast beef dinner left overs. This Recipe is a great dinner to make for the family or for your welcomed guests and doesn’t take long at all to make! With Thrive Life’s freeze dried ingredients you’ll have this nutritious meal whipped up in no time!

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life Carrots
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life Corn
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life Peas
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life Celery
- 2 tbs. Thrive Life Onions
- Thrive Life Chef’s Choice Seasoning
- 3/4 cup Thrive Life Shredded Beef
- 1/3 cup Thrive Life Espagnole Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Thrive Life Chef’s Choice Seasoning
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups Thrive Life Mashed Potatoes
- 2.5 cups boiling water
- Sprinkle of shredded cheese
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add carrots, corn, peas, celery, onions, seasoning and beef. Add boiling water until all ingredients are covered. Cover and let hydrate for 5-10 minutes.
- Make gravy; in a small bowl add espagnole sauce, seasoning and 2 cups of water. Whisk well until all clumps are gone.
- Drain any excess water from veggies and meat and add to the gravy. Combine and place in a casserole dish.
- In a bowl mix mashed potatoes and water.
- Add mashed potatoes to top of veggie mixture in the casserole dish.
- Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top if you’d like and bake in oven at 400°F until cheese is melted and bubbly.
